This 1991 Caperdonich vintage has been matured in American oak hogsheads, bottled at cask strength and without chill-filtration. Sweet on the nose, with aromas of strawberries, ripe peach, apricot jam, honey and a hint of mint. On the palate, flavour notes of blueberries and baked apple crumble are followed by notes of chocolate, chai tea and ginger. The finish is rich and spicy.

THE MILTONDUFF DISTILLERY
At the heart of the Pluscarden valley, known as the garden of Scotland, is nestled the ancient Miltonduff distillery, often shrouded by a thick cloak of mist and surrounded by grassland covered in dew. From this lush landscape, we draw soft, pure water and craft a single malt of floral character. A unique flavour profile, a secret kept closely guarded by the distillers, and trickled down through the generations.
