Daishichi Myoka Rangyoku Grande Cuvee is a Junmai Daiginjo from Daishichi Sake Brewery in Fukushima prefecture, in Japan's Tohoku region. It is created by blending multiple vintages of the brewery's finest pure-rice daiginjo shizuku genshu, sake collected drop by drop and left undiluted, selected from long-term storage of its best-quality sake. As a Junmai Daiginjo, it contains no added distilled alcohol. The taste profile is dry-rich, and it is bottled at 16% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
