Pigeon River Tennessee Sour Mash is based on a whiskey mash bill that would have been common in the early days of Eastern Tennessee Whiskey. It is a small-batch whiskey from a high corn mash bill with a touch of malted barley. This fine sour mash whiskey is aged for a minimum of three years.
